Refund policy

We are happy to refund any faulty products that are returned to us (at your own cost) within 14 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. 

All returned goods must be accompanied by your order number, name and address. 

Please note that if you've simply changed your mind and wish to return your products, they must be unopened and returned to us (at your own cost) within 14 days of purchase.
